Lack of service

Needed a prescription refilled. My insurance only pays for 15 days worth per month so I needed to purchase my uninsured portion of my medication (days 16-30) and was willing to pay cash for it. Despite having the appropriate prescrition to match the full 30 supply they would not give me this second half of my medication. I want to reassert the fact that I was willing to pay cash for this. They refused to listen or even call the doctor despite the fact that the prescription reflected exactly what I was saying. This has happened at least 4 times before. I'm sick of this and wanted to complain because this is rediculous and they seem to enjoy making me suffer.
