I'm the individual i had been known bill hulley for my mind situation by my family physician in feb. I believe my first time he asked my issues, he'd my prior mri at the conclusion of program he explained together with his assistant they could contact me for the dr. S, appt. We may call you they said. Today i returned to hulley, they never called me with any type of test or appts. Just before today. Today he was so disrespectful and nasty with me and my woman friend. I was trying to tell him its not just a headaches, he went off. He requested us if we went towards the appts, i stated no cuz you and your workplace explained you all would call me with appts. He stated thats a rest we didnt tell you that, i've a, she noticed, i stated you put me about the burner and forgot me, he explained i sent your loved ones doctor that she was suppose to look after you your her individual, i stated i believed i had been your individual, he started shaking their head. I stated thats fine if your not prepared to help me i don't be returning he stood up and said you got that right you'll not be returning below.
