Poor Customer Service

I'd an appt at 8:30 A.M. I came about 8:10 A.M. No body actually arrived to welcome me or recognize I had been there. I lay and waited. Meanwhile, two more clients (without appts) came after me about 8:25 A.M. Somebody eventually originated from the rear and instantly began assisting the folks who arrived in AFTER me. I stood there some time plus they never apologized or agreed to "be correct with me". Alternatively, one woman stated, "get get & to assist out in-front." The lady returned and stated, "cannot find her." The very first woman stated, "then she'll need to delay" and looked over me. I went out. They never named me to ask what occurred and sometimes even cared they handled me so badly. No apologies whatsoever. I suppose appts do not mean something to these folks. Very sad method of conducting business.
