I have been trying to make a simple prescription refill with this "business" for 3 weeks. Each time I call to attempt to make an appt., the person on the other end says, "we have no more appts. Available, you will have to come in from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM for walk-ins." I "walk in " on Monday night at 6:00 PM, stand in front of the window for at least 5 mins. Someone with a foreign accent who is difficult to understand, tells me they are taking no more patients for that night. I asked about the walk in times, she says yes 4:30 and they are open until 8 but taking not patients now. And advises me to call at 8 and assures me that I will get an appt. Tues.

I call at 8:00 AM; no available appts. I am not allowed to make an appt. For the next day. I am told to call back at 8:00 AM to make an appt. Again or come in during supposed "walk in" times from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. I call on Wednesday, today, 12-14 at 8:00 AM and again no available Appts. I decide to go in and speak to a supervisor. Apparently the supervisor is Keturah H. Who was absolutely no help and she upset me more. After explaining the whole ordeal to her, she tells me the same thing. I would have to come in during walk in times or call at 8:00 AM. So, even though I have called several times and gone in during their so-call "walk in" times I still can't get an appt.
