I got my 3-year old yorkie to Banfield Pet Clinic at Petsmart in Kennesaw to obtain his rabies vaccine and heartworm tablets. Although I had been there, the nurses were totally inexperienced, they put away and needed to reprint 4 various quotes in 20 units simply because they stated they kept forgetting additonal costs for such things as body storage, etc. The nurse questioned why I had been there, I informed her, and 2 minutes later she arrived in and questioned me again why I had been there since she forgot and did not create records within the pc for that physician. Once the physician arrived in she stated she did not understand what I had been there for since there have been however no records within the computer. I informed her again, they did his vaccine and received body and we quit. The following day he was trembling all around, wouldn't transfer at-all, of course if you handled him he'd cry and whimper. I named at 9 AM and informed the assistant that which was occurring which I had a need to know if it was regular or even to provide him in. She set me on-hold, then returned and stated that I really could provide him in easily desired, however it could be $80, and "you know, like, they might simply provide him liquid, you know?" Actually, that's what she believed to me. I informed her used to do not understand, and may she please possess a nurse or even the physician contact me and so I might know how to proceed. 5 hours later, I called back, since no body had named, and also the same woman responded, I questioned her easily might talk to a nurse or even the physician because no body had called me. The nurse was really rude, abandoned me in the centre of me informing her why I had been calling, and questioned what is he doing. After I informed her, she stated (really rudely) that she's been a nurse for 5 years and it has never heard about a a reaction to a rabies vaccine.
