Once you place your order you will never hear from this company again. No one answers the phone when you call. The vm box is full, so it does not allow you to leave a voicemail. After getting no response from the company regarding my purchase, I emailed them requesting tracking information (which when you call it says you can request tracking). I sent 6 emails requesting tracking and never got it. Don't bother paying extra for expedited shipping, as you will NEVER receive what you purchased. Since getting ripped off, I started searching the internet about this company. I have found dozens, and dozens of complaints... All similar... Once you pay you never get your item... And you never hear from them again.in the time that I was waiting for some sort of response regarding tracking (which I never got) I emailed them from a different account checking availability of a product. They got right back to me. So this again proved to me that there is someone there, but once they get you to make the commitment and you make the credit card purchase you never hear from them again. If you have been ripped off by this compan please do as i have and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and either VISA or Mastercard. I've also complained to Google as this company came up at the top of their search. Hopefully I will eventually get my $360 back but I doubt it.
