Goddess Within Supply Non-shipment of items, charged my account when asked to cancel Internet

I placed an order on 11/15 after researching the company, and reading their info, which stated that they shipped In-Stock in 24-48 hours and shipping took 4-7 days. All seemed normal enough so I went ahead and placed my order. On 11/22 I hadn't received any emails or tracking numbers, so I contacted them via their telephone number listed on the website (which I have found out is a Call Center and not directly associated with this company). After requesting information on the status of my order, I received an email a couple hours later (same day) stating that 1 of my items was back ordered through the manufacturer and the other item had shipped.

When I still hadn't received any email confirmation of shipment other than the email which was a problem ticket request, I called on Monday 11/28 requesting my tracking number through the call center. The man on the other end, started talking in a foreign language to someone near him, and it appeared that he wanted to know what he should say to me since I was asking for a tracking number. I continuously said "Hello" and he continued to ignore me and finally disconnected the phone call. I made several attempts afterwards to call back only to stay on hold until the call was disconnected. I was able to receive an email response, when I responded to one of their emails asking that my order be Cancelled. I was then informed via email that my items had shipped the night before and were on a truck headed to the sorting facility and that it would take 3 days to get to the facility and another 3-4 days to be delivered. I once again requested a tracking number, and found it ridiculous that it would take 3 days to get to a sorting facility and another week to be delivered via USPS, especially since they claimed to have sent the item via expedited shipping due to the back order. They still have yet to send me a tracking number. I have only been charged for the 1 item that was in stock, so I assume that the back ordered item was not contained in this shipment.

I sent another request that the remainder of my order be Cancelled, and have not received a response. I believe this company is NOT in the US and is possibly in China. I try to avoid purchasing items for Chinese sites, due to the long shipping times. This company is probably out of the country, and is probably why it takes 10 days for them to "Ship" the item, giving it enough time to reach the US via parcel post and therefore be delivered within the 4-7 days AFTER they mark it as shipped. The charge on my bank account stated Great Lakes Beauty.

I have done some research, and this company had a previous business called Goddess Within Beauty which had SEVERAL COMPLAINTS with complaint and the BBB. Avoid this company!!! They are a scam.
