Ikitchen FRAUD: Never shipped Product, Provided fake UPS tracking Number. Will not refund

I placed an order from the Yahoo! Store "IKITCHEN.com"
It was a $98.00 order. They site said the product was in stock and so I used my credit card to make the purchase on 05-14-08. It's now 05-31-08 and still no product.
I have sent over 12 emails to Ikitchen requesting a tracking number. After the first 4 emails I was sent a UPS tracking number that did not show any information on my item. I was told my item shipped.

I waited 24 hours, checked UPS.com and the tracking number still showed no information. I contacted UPS directly and they verified the tracking number I was given WAS NEVER SHIPPED and had expired. I contacted IKITCHEN again and after another 3 or 4 emails they sent me yet another bogus tracking number.

I have requested a FULL REFUND and have not been given a refund. I have sent dozens of emails with no response and no credit. Still no product. I'm filing a report with IC3 as well as the New York Attorney Generals office and the local NYPD.

This is plane and simple fraud. Warning! Do not buy from ikitchen!!! They have no customer service, will not return emails, will not ship your item, and will not refund your money!!!

Ikitchen must be reported and must be shut down!
