Our telephone had an interior display break, because of defective production. I visited the shop twice and needed to contact three times IN ONE SINGLE evening to be able to get support. The workers contradicted one another also it got me 5 attempts to obtain a substitute telephone. Additionally they charged me of falling my telephone, evoking the harm (complete rest). The shop mentioned you'll get your telephone t/in 5 business days.

Well, used to donot have it w'in 5 business days and so I named the organization, simply to discover more incompetent fools. I actually talked to some boss, who had been unfavorable, unhelpful and overall unhealthy to be always a customer support agent. He actually hungup on me. How unprofessional is the fact that?

If you should be buying telephone business, DON'T USE AT&T. Boycott their support. The moment my agreement ends, I am planning to Verizon. I am fed up with coping with ineffective, moronic people.

If you need support together with your telephone, customer support won't assist you but may alternatively claim along with you. Who has period for that?
