The quality and durability are the same as the ones I purchased via my podiatrist. I took a gamble. I didn't know, or indeed, believe, I could get the same thing for so much less. I have a couple of pairs and I have re-ordered. One can have a pair for every pair of shoes without constantly changing them from shoe to shoe, if one wishes.
