I was made a slave to their company by tricky advertising wording

In April I saw their ad for Walkfit Orthodics, and having sore feet, I ordered a pair. There was a 30 day free trial plus a free gift. I am still using the orthodics and I am satisfied with them.

The gimmick in this system is that it is a repeating order for two months supply of junk pills and some soothing cream. I called them to cancell my subcription and the customer noservice man said that I had to return them within 30 days and now I can't return them. Shortly after, I received another shipment which I did not open. I called and talked to the same customer noservice man with the intention to send them back with a return to sender notice. He said that he would not receive it nor give me a credit.

I am now in the process of getting my credit card company to recind the charge. This is a lot of trouble to get relief that I could have gotten from the corner drugstore for a lot less.

I hope that someone can flood their web site and cause a denial of service. I am too old to to read between the lines on these internet or mail order stores. I may be forced to shop locally where I can deal with shop owners that want my business.
