If you truly love your family member do not place them in this facility. Sandra Reed is the owner and put my loved one in the basement when his monthly disability check didn't come in as high as Sandra had originally hoped. She then left him unsupervised where he wandered off and she didn't even call his family. That facility (alpha and omega in Frederick, MD) that Sandra ran. Closed after multiple violations through the state that were filed against her! The state records showe that her patients weren't receiving their medications and that the staff had been stealing the meds. There are also complaints filed of the neglect of one of her elderly patients. This facility in Bowie, MD unfortunately is still open.
