Canceled Free Trial But Now They Are Claiming I didn't And Threatening to Send to Collection Agency

Same story as others have posted. My wife ordered the "Risk Free" free trial of Acai supplements. After she told me what she had done I immediately looked up the company and realized it was a scam. So I canceled her credit card (anticipating future charges) and had her call them and cancel. Well 10 months later they are claiming we didn't and saying that we owe them $133.95 or they will send our bill to a collection agency which will ruin our credit. Complete fraudsters. Someone else mentioned that "They are not licensed by the Arizona Corporation Commission, so good luck to them trying to collect or put a negative rating on your credit reports. They cannot collect if they are not a legitimate business." Hopefully this true, I will keep the letter for future references in case they do end up going through with their threat.
