Ordered skintag medication with a guarantee money back. Contacted them and said it wasn't working. Was told to keep it for the full 6 weeks. Recontacted them and mailed back the empty bottle with

Derma remedies has refused to refund the cost of the their skintag removal ointment after a money back guarantee. I sent the empty bottle back with my Doctors invoice for having to surgically remove the skintag, as there was no result from using Derma remedie's product. I have the receipt for mailing back to them on Febr. 24 which was in the 60 day frame. They claim they didn't receive it until 7 days after the 60 days was passed. This is a rip off. Thankyou.
