Refuse to order lens

Our boy requested contact from EyeMasters in Katy, Florida in Sept. It's nearly the finish of Jan and he nevertheless doesn't ask them to. He cannot notice to complete assignment work or push. He dropped his career since he could not reach function.

We've named and attended Eyemasters in Katy many times. Each time we get another account.in December they stated "They're on back-order." In Early November they stated "You settled the incorrect cost." Mid-December they claimed "these werenot requested." Nowadays they stated they did not understand what was incorrect. After I went in a week ago I requested for evidence they'd been requested. The support representative stated she'd no evidence.
