Eing charged for product when wish to cancel

I requested a $1.95 test test of star look. Once they named to confirm my purchase I emphatically explained that only $1.95 was to become billed to my consideration and that I didn't approve any more costs. I'm in delivery of another test and also have been charged on my CREDIT. I'm looking for a Return Merchandise Authorization Quantity that will be unavailable by telephone in the quantity distributed by them (1-888-692-8352) which provides me for this site that will be where I'm said to be obtaining an RMA #. I'm arguing this with CREDIT and declining to pay for the statement. I still possess the item and am not able to return it.
