Eyemasters
Expensive price... Cheap labor!

I bought two frames with lenses (w/scratch resistance and no glare) at the beginning of February! I paid almost $500 for the frames and lenses, and when I picked them up... The lenses didn't fit properly in the frames.
I took them back to Eyemasters, and the sales associate told me that they were fine and my vision is so bad that it would be hard to make any lenses fit in the frames properly.

So I went to my regular eye doctor, and he said that with technology the way it is today... They can make the lenses smaller and thinner and I should get my money back. I didn't go to my regular eye doctor, because I thought that I would get a better deal with Eyemasters because they have buy any two frames for $99.

I went back once again to Eyemasters, they said they could NOT give me my money back because I had specially ordered my lenses. So I told them I'd never be back, and I'd make sure I would let all my friends and family know about how poor their customer service was. The sales associate told me that they have plenty of business, and losing one customer would not lose them any money!
