Retainer Fresh Ordered replacement retainer but never received the product

I purchased a replacement retainer through the Evertain wevsite. Shortly, after I purchased the product ($111.95) I received an email stating that I would receive the shipping information/tracking information. However, I have yet to receive the information. Upon calling the main number, I was instantly transferred to a voicemail. No has returned my calls after calling for nearly a week and half. There are only two working extensions, and the operator is non-existent. I looked on the website to get the address and two different addressed and phone numbers come up. One is no longer working and other one just rings. I do not have any other recourse. I have read on other websites that people have experienced the same thing as well. I guess I should have researched them on BBB, which rated them an "F".
