Return of Retainer and Documents

I met with Katrina A. Clarkson of Legal Helpers on 10/4/08. After talking to her I offered her a $100.00 retainer, copies of tax statements and expenses. On 10/7/08 I decided against working with this firm and had my mother e-mail Ms. Clarkson regarding the return of the retainer and documents. Three (3) emails have now been delivered with my telephone numbers requesting a return of the files and retainer. Up to now (10/10/08), there's been no reaction. Calls have already been designed to their workplace simply to be placed on store up to 20 units (needed to hang-up). I now understand that the corporation is just a rip off hoping on people in economic difficulty. They consider whatever money-they may; they'll not do something until settled entirely; consequently, they've not necessarily completed any meet your needs and there must be no reason behind them to neglect to provide a reimbursement and sometimes even react to potential prospects once they make an effort to contact them.
