Awful customer service

Nowadays I visited a meeting having a physician at Lenscrafters in Boise ID, for a watch exam. I prepared on purchasing spectacles there likewise. I completed the necessary paperwork and was awaiting my visit after I requested the assistant "where's the bathroom?" He explained consumers (we're not named individuals or customers) aren't permitted to make use of the bathroom but should get next door to Focus On.

There might not be regulations requiring physicians to supply amenities for "clients", but how strange is it to become awaiting a meeting and informed to visit another business to complete your "company".
