Lenscrafters
What a joke

Took my daughter-in-law, who lives out of state, to lenscrafters to get eye exam and new contacts because she was have trouble seeing thru her old prescriptions because her eyes have changed. The Dr? Examing her never did get the lens to where she could see clearly and then then gave her a pair of new contacts. She could not see as well with them as she could with her old lens. She told the Dr? This and he told her that he did not have the correct contact for her so he gave her some that were close. She does fell that the the exam was done properly and is going to have to get re-examined when she gets back home because the half as job done by the Dr? At Lenscrafters. We ask if Lenscrafters had a satisfaction policy and was told that they did but that it did not include the Dr? Who works independantly. I wouldn't recomend Lenscrafters to anyone
