Honest Companies don't charge 25% to return an item that doesn't work

I purchased the mysnoringsolution device for my wife and one for myself. The device, using their size chart was so tight I could feel my heart beat in my head. I wore it for about 30 minutes. My wife made it through the first night but was snoreing so loud I put in ear plugs. No I'm not kidding. She made it half way through night two then took it off. She said it made the pain from TMJ worse. I was not happy to find out they charge 25% to return the device because it has to be disposed of as hazardous material because it touched your face. If you want to replace it with a different size however you don't have to pay this fee. Is this because they can afford to throw the return in the trash if they get to keep all of your money? This thing may work for some people but I no longer believe any of the testimonials in their adds. Honest companies don't need to do business this way. I paid almost $140 for these. Be sure you're willing to take the loss before you buy.
