The flimsy headband they send you for about $70 is a headband with holes cut out for the ears. It has no effect on your snoring at all. It just makes it hard to sleep and to swallow. Other than that, there are no benefits. The stop snoring pillow is worse. A big hard piece of foam with an indention in the middle. You'd do better sleeping on a rolled up towel. And there are NO REFUNDS. Read their refund policy carefully. The take off 25% of the cost of the headband and pillows are not refundable at all. Plus the shipping costs. This was $100 thrown away in my case. Rip off rip off rip off.
