Unauthorized charges

I was offered 2 teeth whitening kits for the cost of shipping, $1.95 ea. I was contacted almost immediately after signing up for the kits for a dinner and shopping discount cards. I was offered the memberships for $11.98 ea. I was charged those amounts, however I also found 2 additonal charges for the amounts of $48.92 and $24.13. Called the number listed on the debit 866-948-5508. Disconnected of course. Feel like a fool.
