Ultifreshwell company took money without ever receiving anything in mail. My account was debited for $1.95 s/h fees for free trial size which I never recvd then charged $87.62 - still no product

I sent off for a risk free trial size of both Celebrity Smile and Premium White tooth whitener. My account was debited $1.95 for shipping and handling for both these companies. I rcvd celebrity smile trial and was able to contact them to cancel order.
However, Premium white showed up as the name healthsmile for the $1.95 trial size on my account on 11/18. I never rcvd any trial in the mail.
While I was browsing internet, I saw various complaints listed against different teeth whitening companies. One lady stated she was charged $87.62 several times from same company and never rcvd anything in mail either.
After seeing other complaints, I would check my account daily. Sure enough there was a charge on my account. I noticed on 12/4 the name had changed once again. It was now showing up as ultifreshwell. Ultifreshwell debited $87.62 from my account. For what? Absolutely Nothing.
Since I had previously read other complaints about what happened to other people, I contacted my bank right away. I requested my card be cancelled and issued a new card. I don't want this company to keep charging $87.62 to my card every month. That's way too much money to pay for absolutely no product or service rendered.
Now that I have found the article on this site, I now know how to proceed to get back my money.
