I was notified by Bank of America that a transaction from out of the country had charged my account $87.62. I called the phone number associated with the charge, disconnected. I never authorized

I was notified by our Bank, Bank of America, that a transaction from outside of the country (Cyprus) has been charged to my our account for $87.62 from ultifreshwell. I never authorized this transaction I do not know who they are. The phone number that goes with this transaction was disconnected. I had to cancel my card. Now I have to file papers with the fraud department at our bank.
