Email address to remove from privacy policy looks fake

I just looked at this company's privacy policy. They share user information with 3rd party ads/telemarketers/etc. They say to remove yourself from the list, the user must email I have tried emailing 3 times and delivery fails. Looks like they not only scam you but also share your personal information to others. Only way to remove yourself is to call them directly or use their 'Live Chat'.
