To Whom It May Concern,
I am wondering what can be done to have something removed from a website. I had done a transaction on the website
www.gothicauctions.com

The buyer said that she had not received the item. When I said that I will check with the USPS, she said she got her item and even left a nice feedback. I use a USPS Delivery Confirmation on my outgoing packages or use Postal Insurance. The owner of the website, then added my name and address and other information WITHOUT permission. He is using my home address and my mailing address. I asked him to remove it and he will not. He says he does NOT need my permission to place my personal information on his website. I told him the buyer received her item and he said he does not care. Here is the site of his reply.

You have to register to get to anything on his site, other than the homepage. He does not have an age verification to enter his site and the language is quite bad. I want my address removed from his site. I get the impression he thinks that he can make the internet laws. Isn't there a law against using personal information without permission? Considering I did NOT commit fraud. He doesn't seem to be afraid of anyone. There has got to be a way to get him to remove my name from his site. As far as harrassment that he says I am doing, I have contacted him several times to ask him to remove it. I had even told him I was going to the police and that did not help. Please tell me what I can do to get my name and address off of his website. The fraud that he claims I did. If I did commit fraud the user would not have said she received the item, if I didn't send it out. I do have the delivery confirmation number and if needed I can get the feedbacks that we left for each other. I would deeply appreciate any help you can offer. It is under
admin blog and he posted my numbers on his general board and his privacy policy says
