Flippa.com Scam and rip off company from Australian Collingwood

This company have no customer services what so ever... And they rip off so many user worldwide... They charge you to place your ad with them (fine), and when you like to remove your ad from their site, they ask you pay again to remove it (funny), this is simple rip off. They not under the BBB in the USA so they dont care, if we all compliant in the BBB USA law they will be closed this site long time ago;

Here what Flippa customer services reply to me when I ask to remove my
listing:

Timatflippa, Sep-17 01:57 pm (EST): Under no circumstance will the listing be removed unless you involved your federal law enforcement who then start dealing with the Australian Federal Police. You are welcome to up the privacy setting on the listing at a price but
the listing isn't going anywhere. Flippa Customer Support.

And a week later after i talked to few other user on their site they send me this message

I've just come out of a meeting I called with Flippa staff and we have decided to make
the one off offer to delete your listing if you cease spamming our site. This is the first time we've made such a concession but I pushed your case and your concerns to the fellow staff. Please provide a link to the listing you'd like removed and I'll take care of it.

I did reply to him you will need to remove it when i ask you to remove for free and not for fee, and i will say you need to fix it on your policy, if you dont i will keep notify anyone that i know that you rip off user and scam them to pay extra to remove, i dont really care if you
keep my listing but its not right to charge extra fee to remove it!

If you thinking post on Flippa, think again if you like to remove you listing, it will cost you extra.

Bad customer services and bad company to deal, and you not going to sell any website its all fake listing and fake buyer and seller (flippa use many fake account to bid on your listing to make it look like its active, FAKE and RIP OFF company, need to stop them!!!
