Does Not Honor Privacy Policy, Refuses to remove from Opt-out list Willimington, DE And All Locations Delaware

It seems that Discover Card will not log your calls when you call and request an opt-out on the distribution of your personal information.

Their "privacy policy": "We respect your privacy and offer you choices as to whether we may share information about you with others. You have the option to tell us not to share the information we collect about you, as described in Section 1, with non-affiliated third parties. You also have the option to tell us not to share certain information we collect about you, as described in Section 1, with companies in our corporate family."

I called the day after my app was submitted and told them to remove me from all lists, not some, not a few but ALL...

Evidently the rep I talked to was to busy trying to upsell me that she didn't honor my statement to be removed. I called another time to check on my balance, and told them again I wanted to make sure my info was not being sold. Assured it wasn't.

Went online to verify.

NOW I am getting flooded by calls from some Indian across the planet that can't speak slear English telling me how horrible my credit is and how i need their services.

Discover Card says they will sell to "anyone who asks" for the list, but funny they refuse to sell the list to me, but happily gave it to a bunch of Indians across the planet.

Oh, and funny they will sell the lists, but have no idea who they sell to and refuse to give you any info as its "private" um, so is my info you idiots.
