Select Care Benefits Network They took 350.00 for meds and never sent me any, then refused a refund

I paid 50.00 for membership in a reduced drug program. They then pulled 60.00 out of my account monthly and were suppose to send me my meds monthly.

They never sent me any meds though I contacted them monthly. This went on for 5 months, though after 3 months they told me they would stop taking money out of my account until they worked out the problem.

They did not stop so I had to change my account info to stop it. I then called for a refund and they told me I had to write them a letter explaining the problem. After writing the letter to them they sent me a letter back saying I would not get anything back as I didn't cancel within 30 days.
