Scam, Ripoff, misinformation, possible consumer fraud

I ordered a TRIAL bottle of colnx supposedly for free. I had to pay $3.95 for shipping and handeling. I had to give my credit card information for the shipping. I looked I thought at all the fine print and did not see anything that I understood to be a subscription. The next week I received a call from a representative of Colnx to confirm my order. During her speel I thought I heard her stay something about paying so much a month. I stopped her in mid sentence and asked her to confirm that and she said yes. I told her that I did not in any way want to subscribe to this product or anything from their company. All I wanted was the free trial and told her they did not have my permission to charge anything other than the shipping for the free trial offer.
I repeated this twice and she said thank you nothing would be sent. 3 weeks later I received the bottle of colonx. I had used my debit card and noticed then that I had been charged 89.99 for this supposed free item. I have called them and they said I had subscribed to a monthly supply. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me I had to pay to send the product back and I would be remimbersed is 4-6 weeks. The person I spoke to refused to let me speek to a manager or a supeviser. At first he said he did not have one and then when I insisted he said they were in a meeting.
I subsequently sent e mails and got the same response except they said once I return the product it would take 2-4 weeks to get a refund.
I just want to warn people that this company takes advantage of people. They don't care about you at all. They just want to rip people off.
If this has happed to others and they are interested in a class action please contact me.
