Ceridian may be the most inefficient organization I Have ever handled.

My husband dropped his work on 9/4/09. Since I'm on life-sustaining medicine (Type-1 diabetic) we finished our COBRA paperwork in the first available option. We settled electronically (to rate issues up) on 9/21/09 and also the resources were removed from our banking account on 9/24/09. However, when looking into Ceridianis website to determine if our cash was received and our protection was essentially, there is no sign that any cost have been obtained. Numerous telephone calls later, an "immediate update solution" was exposed on October 1st. Sadly, due to the method the Ceridian broker exposed the solution, on 10/5 our payment FINALLY posted, but although we had paid through 11/5, our account reflected that we only had compensated for coverage through 10/4. Therefore, effective 10/5, our account showed we were paid through... 10/4.

SUBSEQUENTLY, arrived the problem of Ceridian speaking with UHC that cost have been obtained. Again, during the 10/1 "emergency/Urgent update" ticket call, I was assured UHC would have everything they needed to show we had coverage with 24 to 48 business hours. During still another follow up phone following the 48 business time mark handed, where a truly good Ceridian boss (Patty) got concerned, I'd equally Ceridian AND UHC about the telephone together so that they might reveal required info to ensure that our protection might continue. (UHC actually got us to some unique division who might manage this) but, sadly, Patty was not ready to gain access to all the info UHC had a need to approach the immediate demand. (Just Ceridian's Membership Division has that information...) She stated she'd study it, obtain the data, and obtain back again to me in 2 hours.

After no expression, four hours later, I put still another follow up phone. Account Manager Melanie was the rudest thing I Have ever handled. She spoke in my experience like I had been an idiot and stated such things as, "Well, it is overdue within the day, YOU OUGHT TO HAVE CALLED EARLIER IN THE AFTERNOON..." (What?!) I explained this was a follow up to some discussion that happened 4 hours before that was a follow as much as the CRISIS UPDATE SOLUTION which was exposed — again, since I'm on life-sustaining arbitration — on 10/1. She was THEREFORE released when she stated, "It usually requires us 2 - four weeks to procedure info, however it requires 24-48 COMPANY hours to procedure crisis demand." After I noticed that it'd been more than 48 business hours since the 10/1 emergency ticket was opened, she repeated that I had just talked to supervisor Patty "a couple of hours (it was over 4 hours) ago". I repeated the times. Therefore, expensive Melanie, within the many condescending, you're-an-fool tone possible, talking gradually as if I had been psychologically damaged, fully and securely stated, "Ma'am, we've a procedure. We've to hold back for UHC to obtain us info." I discussed that, throughout the three way calls I Would had with Ceridian and UHC simply four hours prior, that it had been decided that CERIDIAN had a need to get UHC info. She totally transformed her tale after which stated it had been all my spouse's companies problem. She rattled off garbage that she ripped out-of no-where that didn't fit SOMETHING I'd been informed by either organization. She also stated, "We SIMPLY got your cost on 9/28", though I had been resting there taking a look at the display which demonstrated they first got it on 9/21 and cashed it on 9/24, that was info that CERIDIAN workers had previously established... She simply CREATED material up, again, even while speaking with me like I had been the largest moron that actually existed.

THEREFORE... Recently they ultimately fixed items to display I had been compensated through 11/4 but, guess what, they NEVERTHELESS haven't delivered the info that UHC must UHC. I called Ceridian ALL OVER AGAIN today simply to have a realtor solution the telephone as well as in their finest "attempt to get this to seem like a saving" speech, introduced that their program was along and also to please call-back later. Following the broker browse the slogan, I questioned if he might move me to Boss Patty. "I can not. With this program along, I actually donot understand who Patty is. Please could you call-back within an hour?"

Terrible, horrific, horrific. Neither my spouse OR I've ACTUALLY been unemployed to get a morning, and also to our amazement, we're EQUALLY unemployed at the moment. It's over per month because he dropped his work, and even though we're (ultimately) showing compensated through 11/4, we can't use some of our medical or prescription benefits. It is also poor, after speaking with a few fantastic, RESPECTFUL Ceridian repetitions (Steve, Patty) that the BOSS (THAT HAS to understand simply how much the organization fails because of the pure quantity of grievances she should get) could be so unbelievably inefficient.

To all or any of you corporate companies available who're buying 3rd party merchant available to deal with your workers advantages, appear elsewhere, since Ceridian sucks.
