I've never in my own lifestyle caused this kind of unprofessional organization that's no idea what they're performing... It's really demanding and annoying when no body uses their term and protects the problems that you're going through. After changing careers for just one organization to another, I chose to take part in my choice to proceed my dental protection while my move towards the new work was ultimate, throughout that period that people decided to be on Cobra protection by Ceridian, we visited the dentist and did some X Ray and examinations. The statement was $238 and Ceridian Cobra was suppose to look after the statement because it was a program check-up, also it was inside our protected period. It's been 6 Months plus they nevertheless didn't look after their responsibilities. Everytime we contact there, we delay about the telephone permanently so when somebody replies, they've no idea what's happening or just how to solve the problem. Along with their horrible customer support as well as their failure to fullfill their responsibilities and spend their cliams, they've the bravery to really deliver me a statement for period that I had been not really on Cobra together. I've email and talked for their administrators numerous occasions but still till nowadays they've not looked after the dentistis statement, and that I am still getting expenses...
