Ceridian Cobra, has to function as the worse organization I've actually worked with. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! For just two weeks I've been mailing, specific mailing, faxing info for them as well as for some reason-they cannot discover the paperwork that. I had delivered, (indicated shipped having a return-receipt) and so I began emailing, with just one reaction back where moment I believed anything was fixed, however it wasn't, and that I proceed to obtain incorrect quality bills, there sales department is beyond something I've actually undergone, it's been 2 weeks so that as of the day my bill info continues to be wrong, examining online they are in possession of me along as eliminating my protection, that we Haven't completed, therefore tomorrow I'll be about the telephone with another incompent telephone person. Total catastrophe, I actually donot know how a business may remain in company by having an accounts department that may not bill properly, how they balance their publications is beyond me!!! Horrible organization...
