Ceridian Customer Service
Lack of customer service quality

I requested my Cobra providers thru Ceridian (that's who my former company uses) It's today in to the next month with no bill from Ceridian. Each time I contact customer support I receive another tale, despite the fact that they'd not delivered an account I delivered the 476.00 they recommended me my Cobra might charge! They cashed the check immediately, and today all I get may be the run-around from their store! Everytime you contact Customer Support (that will be within the Phjillipines) you receive someone different along with a unique account. Perhaps there must be A-CLASS ACTION SUIT FILED AGAINST Them-And their methods!
