Company does not refund money, return phone calls, or return emails

Returned product 8/4/09. Have emailed at least 8 times, have phone the same number. The autoreponse to the emails says 'we will be in touch with you shortly'. They have never emailed back. Their phone #, 866-293-9742, has informed me that the customer service area that handles refunds does not talk to customers. They have never returned my phone calls either. They are definately a scam - I see they DID refund someone else's money after they received bad press here - perhaps you can help me, too?
