No part, no refund, no return phone calls, very dishonest company!

On June 13th., I ordered a part from them. The money was taken out of my account the next day, but an email informed me that the part was backordered and would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Finally on July 20th., we were sick of waiting and cancelled the order. I was told that it would take 1-4 business days to show back up in my account. Two weeks later, no money. That started a series of calls. Since then I have called them 9 times, emailed several times and left several voicemails. The emails and voicemails are never returned. When I get to talk to somebody, I am always told the same thing: we're sorry, it was overlooked... Forgotten... A mistake, etc., etc., and they will make sure it's taken care of and I will get the refund. Good thing I'm not holding my breath! This company is dishonest and needs to be taken care of. I want my refund. Please NEVER order from them!!! I have also kept detailed records of all interaction with them and have copies of emails if needed.
