My 17 year old daughter went to this Hair Cuttery to get her hair Highlighted. The manager took it upon herself without asking to give my daughter a conditioning treatment to the tune of $45, a foil treatment for $80,
hair straightening for $12, shampoo & cut $15, $20 for having long hair and $11 for whatever a straight shot is... So my daughter was given a bill for $183.00

This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I have never paid this kind of money for a hair do and will NEVER go to any Hair Cuttery again!!! My daughter and MY wallet were completely taken advantage of.!!!
