Never Received Product and taking money out of account

I requested free (that's free) test of Acai Berry and not received the merchandise. Oxi-Berry subsequently charged my charge card. 99 for shipping & Handling. I subsequently named them on 8-18-09 and discovered they might not do something about this. Plus, they declare I had been after dark 14-day free trial offer period and that I would be billed each month $87.13 despite the fact that I never obtained the merchandise to test... I subsequently terminated something they'd with Owner 035 Ellie and informed her I had been confirming Oxi-Berry to my charge card organization and declining to pay for the $. 99.

On 8-20-09 I observed a cost on my charge card for $87.13 and named Oxi-Berry again and talked having a customer support representative.
