Deceives on $1 offer, charging $80 and refusing full refund for return

An online ad offers a free sample of tooth whitening gel for $1 shipping. When the item is shipped, another box with two tiny syringes of whitener is included in the box.

You are then notified by email that they have shipped your free sample (tiny syringe) along with the regular product (2 syringes) that will be charged to your credit card in the amount of pennies under $80.

Calling to cancel only prevents further shipments. After some argument, a partial refund was offered. You must have permission and a return authorization number to get this.
You are told that you cannot cancel the charge on your card, as they can prove that you agreed to their terms.

Interestingly, you can purchase a large bottle of whitener from your dentist for $15.
