Unauthorized charges

I received an offer to sample a tooth whitening product that i thought was crest for 4.95. I received a tiny tube of toothpast, flimsy tooth set and tiny whitening product (that's ok - it's only a sample) my credit card was not only billed for the 4.95, but also 88.97. I disputed this charge and capital one removed it. Then it was reinstated, and i don't know where to get help. They don't answer their phone, and the only thing you can find about either company is complaints like mine.
