Be careful with this product

I'm blown away that this is still going on with this company after XX years.
Suffice to say that as a condition to the judgement, my mother has more money, but my father is dead and you're not supposed to know. Complain about your pumps and heaters all you want, but I strongly urge all my friends with this product to get a digital thermometer! (and if they own this brand, I'll buy it for them!). What looks like bubbles and steam could in fact be boiling water!
