Product is extremely dangerous without warning, made with cheap plastic. Ignores to emails and refuses to refund once sold

According to Wirral Trading Standards, the Super Steam iron by Euro "fails to comply with the Electrical Equipment Safety Regulations. They identified problems with missing safety warnings, excessive handle and body temperatures, instability and a failure to meet the requirements of a spillage test." (http://www.tradingstandards. My first time using this ridiculous product, the iron got extremely hot with boiling water and steam leaking out. My hand was burnt severly, and my hand isn't the only hand burnt severely due to this irresponsible product.

If contacted AFTER purchase, they will ignore and refuse to refund. They are so irresponsible and a true fraud company!!! Beware, consumers!!!

My $40.00 tax (mall price) down the drain, huh?:- (
