Pure-G-health unauthorized billing

I have had 3 unauthorized billings on my credit card on one month, ranging from $85 to $89 each... There is a telephone number next to the charge, so I called and spoke with a young lady who assured me that this would be taken off my card... Lo and behold, nothing was taken off and ANOTHER charge was put on. I don't know how to resolve this... If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.
