Unauthorized credit card billing, ripoff

I had been out of town a lot the past year and my wife had been taking care of the credit card bill. When I got some time to look things over I had found a monthly charge ranging from 9.99 to 14.99. I called the number associated with the charge and AP9 CONNECTIONS had no record of me being a customer.
