Unauthorized erroneous billing for 6 months

This company has been billing my credit card account for over 6 months for a charge of $9.95 per month. I have tried on numerous occasions to telephone them and have this UNAUTHORIZED amount taken off my bills.

There is no answer when I make the call or the automated voice comes on 'This office is closed'.

I have been dealing with my credit card company in order to get this charge removed and every month "HERE WE GO AGAIN" with this DISGUSTING company putting the charge on again. I am at my wits end with this situation and hope that no one else is subjected to this extremely NEGLIGENT company.
