Charge card fraud

I acquired two containers of RezEx and that I had just requested one. After purchasing I talked to my Dr. Who explained these items might be dangerous when I possess a frightening illness. Attempting to stop this purchase is difficult while you can't talk to anybody in the telephone number they supplied, Only concept of "high-volume" so that they cannot consider phone. I actually donot understand what to complete when I don't need my charge card charged each month for anything I can't use. I believe the corporation is just a scam.
