Collected monies without providing the services they promised

A phone conversation with scott 5/14 started the medication assisstance program. He removed 95 dollars from my checking account and promised i would receive my starter packet with in 7 days.

I waited over two weeks, had still not received the packet, made several attempts to resolve the problem over the phone and internet, was unable to get a human on the phone.

Having received no assistance from scbn and approaching the date of an automatic withdrawl of another 45 dollars, I went to m bank and asked for help.
