Ripped me off after making clear I want only sample 2days after receiving sampl billed $ 88

Like alot of people I was looking for an easy way to take off some pounds.
After seeing all the ads on acu-berry I decided I would try one of the free samples just shipping and handling cost yea right. When I went to order on line could not get the information to go in on card so after a couple of trys I deleted information but the information except my card # went in I received a call that evening asking me about my order after telling them I was not ordering I just wanted to try the free sample. The girl told me no problem but that I to pay for shipping & handling which I understood. Double checking that I was not going to get billed more down the line she assured me no. When I received my sample on the 19th I got the btl and colored flyer no invoice or bill so I got my sample that all. ON the 27th I am checking out my checking acount and thier is a $88:13 pending to FWM laboratories with a toll #1-800-244-2575 which I called and after 20 minutes on hold was told that they would E-mail me back I dont want email I the money this operator who's name was D.J. Employee #2671 told me reimbursment dept? The only way they deal with customers is by e-mail? Called again next day operator Janice employee#1491 told same thing except she told the files show this and they would contact me 2-3 business days Monday the 1st check my E-mail check my bank account the money is no longer pending they got it. Called back got a girl just telling me you are not getting you're money back have a nice day
